- Represent clients on matters relating to mobile games, engagement of loyalty platforms, contests and sweepstakes matters, including the design and implementation of video game tournament processes to limit liability under sweepstakes law
- Advise, negotiate and draft various development agreements for interactive entertainment companies
- Represent online and mobile social games development studio, mobile social games developer, trivia-based company on a variety of corporate and intellectual property legal matters, including product clearance, and the terms of service for games
- Draft, negotiate and review licensing agreements for use of music and other content in virtual worlds and video games
